When does the Groupon expire?
August 18, 2010. All Groupon cleaning requests received on or before August 18, were honored.
What makes Top Quality Clean special?
Our Housekeepers are professionally trained, courteous, prompt and very friendly. Our cleanings are very thorough and we pay close attention to detail. Though the Groupon only provides 3 hours of cleaning, we will try our best to exceed your expectations and provide you with top quality service.
What areas do you service?
We service the metro-Atlanta area, no further than 15 miles outside of the perimeter.
What are the timeframes?
The housekeeper will arrive between one of the following time frames which you select:
Morning 9:00am - 12:00pm
Mid day 11:00am - 2:00pm
Afternoon 1:00pm - 4:00pm
*Please note, most homes over 2000 sq ft require additional time to complete the cleaning. In this instance, we recommend that you take advantage of the discounted Groupon rate and purchase 2 Groupons. Otherwise the charge would be $35.00 per additional hour (above 3 hours).
What is included in the house cleaning?
Unless otherwise instructed the Housekeeper will be prepared to provide you with a General cleaning as described on our Services page (click here). Since all home sizes vary, we ask that you let the Housekeeper know what you would like her to focus on so that we can get as much cleaned as possible. Please note that upon arrival, she will listen intently to your cleaning specifications. Please communicate which areas of your home need the most attention so that we can complete the job to your satisfaction within the 3 hour time window*
How many Housekeepers are coming?
1 Housekeeper per Groupon. If you purchase 2 Groupons (because your home is over 2000 sq ft.) then we send 2 Housekeepers for 3 hours of cleaning each.
How long will the cleaning take?
Since each home is unique, it is hard to determine exactly how long your house cleaning will take. Normally apartments (under 1000 sq ft) and small townhomes (up to 2000 sq ft) take our cleaning service about 3 hours for a standard cleaning. Single family homes take about 3-5 hours depending on square footage. When the Housekeeper arrives, we recommend that you direct her to your main areas of concern. We will attempt to clean as much of the home as possible.
If your house is over 2000 sq ft, approximate complete general cleaning for a home in good standing condition would take about 4-5 hours. In that case we recommend that you purchase 2 Groupons because the rate for additional hours of cleaning would be $35.00 per hour.
How much is it for more than 3 hours of cleaning?
Our discounted rate for Groupon clients who exceed the timeframe will be $35.00 per hour. Please note, this rate is lower than our regular rate.
What if she finishes before the 3 hours?
Groupons are designed to be about the value of a trip to the business. Though it is rare that the cleaning would take much less than 3 hours, if the Housekeeper finishes the general cleaning in less than 3 hours, we would include our full service upgrades: Inside of the refrigerator, and inside of the oven.
Are your Housekeepers licensed, bonded, insured, legal, English speaking?
Yes! All of the above! Our professional staff is highly trained and all have worked in the professional cleaning industry for many years. When Top Quality Clean is at your home, your valuables are safe!
